This week was a pretty big week! Awbrey started daycare for the first time. She did pretty good but it was a little more rough on mom!! I did pretty good until Friday morning. Miss Awbrey wasn't feeling great because of shots on Thursday. She cried when I dropped her off so I proceeded to cry several times that morning and then ended up picking her up at 1:30 because she wasn't feeling well still. This is a picture of her on her first day! Isn't she just adorable and such a big girl!
Thursday she had her 4 month appointment and of course we got a great report. She is 25 1/2 inches long and weighed 15.2 pounds. She is developing just great and is a little ahead of schedule. We have a smarty pants on our hands!
Saturday was her 4 month birthday! Kind of Crazy!!! She celebrated by spending the night and Nana and Papaw's so we could go to a friend's wedding. She did great on her first overnight trip, but I hear there was a lot of entertaining and she pretty much wore out! Nana, Papaw and her aunt's were mad I came so early to pick her up on Sunday but I missed her...what can I say!
Sunday was also a big day. We went to watch Kyle in his first marathon relay. He ran the fourth leg in the Memorial Marathon which is 3.2 miles! He did great and Awbrey was at the end cheering him on! Kyle and I have now signed up to both run a 5k on June 7th for the Red Earth Festival...so we are training now.
Sunday evening, Awbrey ate cereal for the first time and she absolutely loved it! We were shocked at her reaction. She was all over it and would even get mad when we slowed down. It was pretty funny! I am pretty sure the cereal is a hit! 
That is what you call true satisfaction after cereal and a bottle!!!
