Summer Days!!

We had a week of summer days! Awbrey and I both fought being sick. I had a sinus and bronchial infection and Awbrey was super hoarse...she kind of sounded funny making all of her noises even though it was a little pathetic.

Now that its summer days, Awbrey gets to wear lots of summer dresses! She is so super cute!

She is now sitting up pretty much on her own. She can roll over both directions so she is becoming quite the steam roller. She is also eating us out of house and home! She loves chocolate chip cookies by the way.

This weekend Awbrey and I went and hung with Nana, Papaw, Aunt Terra and Aunt Nae for a bit on Friday. I went shopping with Terra which was way fun! PaPa came over for dinner and to spend some time with little miss Friday night. Saturday, we went to dinner to celebrate grandma's birthday. Awbrey loves sitting in the high chair at the restaurant being a big girl and watching everyone.

The house is in motion. We have the ground work, stem wall, foundation and plumbing completed. As soon as the city inspects the plumbing, they will poor the slab and we will be ready for framing! It's moving fast. We will try to get pictures this week so you can track the progress!
